Head Teacher Reports
A headteacher report to governors provides the governing body with information about the school so that they can make informed decisions about strategic planning - ultimately, it allows them to perform their role. It updates the governing body on the school's progress towards its improvement priorities, providing governors with the information they need to provide critical support and hold school leaders to account. The report is distributed prior to a full governing body meeting and discussed at the meeting. Part 1 of the report is information the pubic can read whilst part 2 is confidential. Three reports are submitted a year; one in Autumn, another in Spring and the final one of the year in the SUmmer term.
