Chestnut 2020 - 2021

Chestnut class is a mixed age group class and is a happy home to all of our Reception and Key Stage 1 pupils. Mrs Rawsthorne is their class teacher and she is very cheerful and caring. She loves to make learning experiences exciting and pays close attention to the children's interests incorporating them into her lesson planning. She builds excellent teacher pupil relationships. 

Mrs Rawsthorne views our beautiful surroundings as an extension of her classroom. She takes our children to the forest weekly. Chestnut class love to visit and it is a highlight of their week.
